Unit powers on and posts to BIOS. Touchscreen is functional and hard-disk drive has been erased and vigorously tested to have all good sectors. There is no information or data on the drive. OS is not installed. What is included in the photos is what will be included. We cannot guarantee the fingerprint reader and the MSR(magnetic card reader) to be fully functionally. Unit has areas of stickiness on the exterior that does not affect the function of the unit. Plug to the display is missing a rubber piece inside the unit so the plug can be easily pulled off but still stays on and does not affect the functionality. Please note due to the quantity, the SKU number may vary from the BIOS picture.
